During this course we will cover the difference between gouache, acrylic, and watercolor as well as how to work with gouache to harness some of its unique abilities such as its opacity, layering abilities, and ways of mark making. Students will also learn the basics of color mixing, how to build a painting, and some basic rendering. Good for beginning and intermediate students.
